くまみみちゃんは、森に住んでいるくまの耳を持つ男の子で、まだ見ぬ海にあこがれており、セーラー服を好んで身に着けています。見知った土地から見知らぬ場所へと憧れを抱く冒険心の持ち主。球体関節人形のような繊細で耽美的な美しさをもつ造形で、セーラー服姿（もともとは水兵の服ですが）というのも、ジェンダーレスな感じがしますね。やわらかそうな巻き毛に、ちいさなクマ耳がキュートです。

全高約18センチ、6パーツ構成、未彩色アイボリー成形。

４月に販売開始したばかりの新しいトイメーカーの紹介です。

ツバメトイさんは、デザイン、原型から成型、着色まで一貫して国内で制作する工房だそうで、少数生産ながら、チーム体制でソフビを制作されているそうです。

販売第一弾となる、ふたつのソフビの未彩色成型色バージョンを手に入れたので、まずは「あかちゃん地蔵」からレビューさせていただきます。

あかちゃん地蔵は、赤児がもつ無限大のエネルギーに畏敬の念を込め、人形作家の吉村眸氏が原型したものと紹介されています。元となったのは、粘土を焼いて作る陶人形で、これまで２０体ほど作成されたそうです。

陶人形の場合は、毎回ひとつひとつ最初から作られるので、同じモチーフでも微妙に異なると思われますが、ソフビの場合は一度原型を作れば、型が壊れるまで無限に複製できるわけです。一つ一つ異なる陶人形には唯一無二パワーが宿り、ソフビには大量生産される物量パワーが宿っているわけですね。

I was able to get my hands on the first two uncolored versions of the sofubi to be sold, so I'll start with a review of the Akachan Jizo.

Aka-chan Jizo is described as a prototype created by doll artist Hitomi Yoshimura in awe of the infinite energy of babies. The original doll was a ceramic doll made by firing clay, and about 20 dolls have been made so far.

In the case of ceramic dolls, each one is made from scratch, so even if the motif is the same, it is likely to be slightly different, but in the case of soft vinyl, once the prototype is made, it can be reproduced indefinitely until the mold is broken. Each ceramic doll is different and has its own unique power, while the soft vinyl has the power of mass production.

ソフビそのものについて、僕の浅い知識と独断と偏見でアレコレ勝手に語る、ソフビ雑記のコーナーです。

今回のテーマは、前回のB面的な感じで、ソフビの作りについて論じたいと思います。

ソフビは、パーツ同士をカンチャクという嵌合方式でくっつけています。

仕組みとしては、パーツAに穴を開ける。パーツBにパーツAの穴よりもわずかに小さな窪みを外周ぐるっと付けて、パーツAの穴にはめ込むというものです。これによって、可動させることができ、中身の空洞を隠し、なおかつソフビの柔らかさの特性によって、大変強度の高い嵌合が可能となっています。

ソフビそのものについて、僕の浅い知識と独断と偏見でアレコレ勝手に語る、ソフビ雑記のコーナーです。

今回のテーマは、「レトロさ」。ソフビを見ると、なんだか懐かしい気持ちになりますよね。あの感情ってどこから来ているんでしょうか。

「いや、何を言っているんだ、お前は。ソフビは半世紀以上前にあるもの。実際レトロなんだよ」　って突っ込まれそうなんですけど……いや、僕もそう思っていたんですけど、その懐かしさって、ソフビという素材ではなくて、あのずんぐりむっくりとしたカタチのスタイルから由来していると思うんです。あのスタイルって、どこから来たんだろう……って考えていました。

チャノマ玩具 / イシュマル［青成形（蓄光）］〈+Eng sub〉

3月に抽選販売された、チャノマ玩具さんのイシュマルです。

全高約14センチ、計4パーツ構成。青色成形ですが、蓄光です。青蓄光ではなく、通常の緑蓄光。明るいところでは、青といってもやや透け感があり、蓄光成形のためか彩度が抑えられた、渋い色味をしています。彩色も彩度が低めの青、赤が採用されており、70'sスタイルなレトロな良い色味にまとめられています。

In bright light, the blue color is a bit translucent, and the color saturation is suppressed, perhaps because of the phosphorescent molding. The colors are also low-saturation blue and red, giving the figure a nice retro 70's style.

今年もこの日がやってきました。

上には上がいるのを承知ですが、結構ソフビを買ってきました。正直、もう集めきった、欲しいもんなんてなにもないや、って思った時もありました。逆に、どんなに渇望しても、手に入らない作品がありました。そんな時、思うのは、いつか「自分もソフビを作ってみたい」という気持ちです。

ガーガメル福袋2021の中身レビュー、4個目はスタンダードサイズのテトランベータです。

過去に制作された、ミニサイズのテトランの亜種という設定の新怪獣となります。2019年にアメリカで開催されたデザイナーコン（Dコン）向けに制作。メカザゴラン＆メカミボラでメカはやりきったという想いから、スタンダードな怪獣を制作されたそうです。

全高約２５センチ、計７パーツ、銀ラメクリアブルー成形。

昨年の福袋にてデビューした新作ですが、もともと１５年前に制作されたドクロマンを仕様を変更して作り直したものとなります。元となるドクロマン（海洋堂のカプセルトイとは別もの）は、ミクロマンの無版権パチ玩具の同名ドクロマンを、さらにパチソフビ化したものとなっています。

ガーガメルさんは、以前にミクロマンのソフビを正規ライセンス品として販売されています（ワンフェスでの当日版権販売ということで、数がかなり少なかったようですね）ので、そのリバイバル的な意味もあったのかな、と考えます。

This is a new figure that debuted in last year's grab bag, and is a reworked version of the original Docroman that was originally created 15 years ago. The original Docroman (different from Kaiyodo's capsule toys) is a further pachisofubi version of Mikroman's unprinted pachisofubi toy of the same name, Docroman.

Gargamel had previously sold Mikroman soft vinyl as an officially licensed product (as it was sold on the day of the One Fest, it seems that the number was quite small), so I wonder if it was meant as a revival.

The figure is about 12 centimeters tall, made up of five parts, and molded in clear with silver lame.

毎年恒例のガーガメルさんの福袋2021開封編に続きまして、今回から個別レビューとなります。

一回目は、マイクロサイズとミニサイズのザゴランとなります。ザゴランはガーガメルさんを代表するキャラクターで、かつ１つ目というソフビを代表するアイコニックな特徴を持ちます。次次回に紹介予定のテトランベータを調べるうちに、ザゴラン自体の来歴も知りました。なんも知らんド素人なので、衝撃の事実でした。

ザゴランは、スタンダードサイズの他にも数々のバリエーションがあり、歴史の長さと人気、作り手の愛情を感じるキャラクターです。

グレーの成形材の中に、黒と白（ラメ）のつぶつぶが混ざっています。御影石（花崗岩）を模した成形色となっています。

The first one is the micro size and mini size Zagoran. Zagoran is one of Gargamel's most popular characters, and also has one of the most iconic features of soft vinyl. I learned about the history of the Zagoran itself while researching the Tetran Beta, which will be introduced in the next article. As a layman who knows nothing about it, I was shocked to learn this.

There are many variations of the Zagoran in addition to the standard size, making it a character with a long history, popularity, and the love of its creators.

The gray molding material is mixed with black and white (lame) pellets. The color of the molding imitates granite.
