今週のお題「買ってよかった2021」
今回と次回レビューするソフビは、ルルベルトイさんよりクリスマスに販売されましたんですが、滋賀が大雪で閉ざされてしまったため、発送が遅れてしまったそうです（発送手続きに手間をかけて申し訳ないです……）。
いつも奇妙奇天烈、ヤバすぎるセンスを発揮するルルベルトイさん。今回も最高な逸品を手に入れました。価格設定がすごく良心的なんですよ……。
今回、２点購入しました。そのうち、一点目はワードッグという作品です。
ワードッグ。英語にするとWear Dog（ウェアウルフの犬版……犬男）なのか、それともWar Dog（戦闘犬）なのか。全身を鋲で守った姿から、後者かな、と推測します。
全高約13センチ、計2パーツ（ドールアイ付き）、成型色は緑系（濃いガデットブルー～薄いティール、鴨の羽色……に、黒と銀のラメが入ってます）。

This time, I bought two items. The first of which is a piece called Wardog.
Wardog. In English, is it Wear Dog (the dog version of Werewolf ...... dog man) or is it War Dog (battle dog)? From the way his whole body is protected by tacks, I'm guessing the latter.
Height is about 13cm, total 2 parts (with doll eyes), molded in greenish color (dark gadget blue to light teal, duck feather color ......, with black and silver lame).

ソフビでは結構レアな四足、しかも犬がモチーフになった作品です。
I opened the package.
It's a pretty rare soft vinyl figure with four legs, and it's based on a dog.
なんと言っても、特徴的なのは全身を覆う鋲のようなディテールです。

このディテールを見て、僕が連想したのは、バビロンにあるイシュタル門の精緻なモザイクタイルでした。画像検索したら、ぜんぜん違いましたがｗ
When I saw this detail, it reminded me of the exquisite mosaic tiles of the Ishtar Gate in Babylon. When I searched for images, I found that they were completely different.
ハンドペイントの妙味ほとばしる、素晴らしい塗装です。
茶色と金の組み合わせも意外性があります。
鋲のようなテクスチャの凹凸を生かしながら、隠れていたヘアラインの仕上げが浮き上がってきています。
It is a wonderfully hand painted piece.
The combination of brown and gold is also unexpected.
The unevenness of the texture, like tacks, brings out the hidden hairline finish.
目玉は、専用のドールアイではなく、ポスターなどをとめる押しピンが使われています。

ワックス原型ならではの、造形の難しさに逆らうことなく、あるがまま偶然の産物かのようｈにとらえどころのない造形は飽きることがないです。

幾何学模様のような鋲のテクスチャが続いたかと思うと、突然大胆な抉り込みが現れます。

原型は2016年の作品のようです。
ここが一番成型色がはっきりと現れており、成型材のなかの黒と銀のつぶつぶがよく見えます。ご自身の成形工房をもっている（と思う）ため、価格も手頃で、凝った仕様で成形できるのではないか、と思っています。
