4回にわたって紹介させて頂いた、シラハマトイさんのネコマタDXセットのレビュー記事、最終回です。
今回は、マイクロサイズソフビ3体の紹介。今回、記事が一個伸びたのは、サプライズがあって、当初ネコマタのマイクロソフビのみがラインナップされていたのが、さらに2つのマイクロソフビが入っていたからです。
どうやら、特製バックの納品が遅れて、発送が遅れてしまったお詫びだったようです（延期については、逐一進捗報告があり、やきもきせずに楽しみに到着をまっていました）。
ちなみに、ネコマタとヤツアシ（クモンのようなキャラ）は固定で、チャノマ玩具さんのキャラはランダムだったようです。
全高約4センチ、2パーツ構成、成型色は銀ラメ入りのクリアと、朱と黒のマーブルの二重成形。
This is the final installment of the four-part review article on Shirahama Toy's Nekomata DX set.
This time, we introduce three micro-sized soft vinyl figures. This time, the article has been extended by one article because of a surprise. Initially, only the Nekomata micro-Sofubi were included in the lineup, but two more micro-Sofubi were included.
Apparently, this was an apology for the delay in delivery of the special bag, which delayed the shipment.
Incidentally, it seems that Nekomata and Yatsuashi (a Kumon-like character) were fixed, while Chanoma Toys' characters were random.
The figure is approximately 4 cm tall, consists of two parts, and is double molded in clear with silver laminate and vermillion and black marble.
凝った成形方法ですね。
未塗装ですが、銀のラメ、赤と黒の成型色と、ネコマタや狼、タワーと同じカラーコンセプトが引き継がれています。
It is an elaborate molding method.
It is unpainted, but the same color concept as the Nekomata, Wolf, and Tower is carried over, with silver lamé, red and black molding colors.
マーブル成形にはいくつかの製法があります。
ゾルを最初から撹拌しておいて、成形する方法。この方法は、大量生産向きですが、最後のほうが混ざり合って2色がハッキリわかれませんので、材料ロスの多い方法です。
2つめが、おそらく今回使われている方法で、最初に黒ゾルを細く金型に垂らし、次に赤ゾルで金型を満たします。こうすることで、2色がハッキリ分かれた状態で、材料ロスを出さずにマーブル成形することができます。しかし、この方法は職人さんの手間が必要ですね。
There are several methods of marble molding.
The method in which the sol is stirred from the beginning and then molded. This method is suitable for mass production, but it causes a lot of material loss because the two colors do not separate clearly at the end due to mixing.
The second method is probably the one used in this case. First, a thin layer of black sol is dripped into the mold, and then the mold is filled with red sol. In this way, the two colors are clearly separated and marble molding can be done without material loss. However, this method requires a lot of craftsmanship.
ソフビは、金型に材料のゾルを入れて、油の入った釜に漬けて硬化させます。
細くすぼまった突端部分は、熱が入りやすくて、そのぶん分厚く成形されます。
お肉を焼くときも、薄い肉はすぐに火が通るけど、分厚い肉は中が生なのとたぶん同じ。
こういうのを計算して、職人さんはソフビを抜いているんでしょうね。
しみじみ単純そうに見えて、奥が深い世界です。様々な制約があって、スラッシュ成形されている過程に思いをはせるのも楽しいです。

The thin, tapered end of the meat is easily heated and molded into a thicker piece.

カクカクっとした表面、二重成形のキラメキが相まって、本当の宝石のような綺羅びやかです。チャノマ玩具さんのキャラは、今回ランダムだったのですが、個人的に今回の成形方法にベストマッチのモチーフだったのではないでしょうか？ ……自分の推しキュラのイシュマルが外れたので、落ち込んでる訳ではないのである……。
The crackling surface, combined with the sparkle of the double molding, is as beautiful as a true gem. Chanoma Toys' character was random this time, but I personally think it was the motif that best matched this molding method. I am not depressed because ...... my own guess of the cura ishmaru was off the table. ......
最後はクモンと……ヤツアシ。
The last one is Kumon and ...... Yatsuashi.
この作品だけ、足裏に名前が彫ってありました。残りはメーカー名か、JAPANと入ってます。
Only this piece had a name engraved on the sole. The rest have the maker's name or "JAPAN" on them.
クモンの幼生といった感じでカワイイ！

サイズ感が、ガーガメルさんのマイクロソフビとピッタリ。
（一人、ポーズがちょっと可笑しいやつがいますね・笑）
The size is perfect for Gargamel's micro soft vinyl.
(There is one guy whose pose is a little funny...lol).

これだけ豪華なセットを一気に開封できたのは、玩具コレクターにとって最高の幸せの時間でした。
