本日よりぶたのはなさんの5月販売分のレビューを開始します！　到着して嬉しさに小躍りして、すぐに紹介したい気持ちがありましたが、5月は沢山の素敵な玩具をゲットしてしまいましたので、ちょっと遅くなってしまいました（財布に大ダメージ！）。

5月の抽選販売のラインナップはグリフォン、マタンゴ、大だこの三種で、どれも見逃せない作品＆未所持でしたので、全て応募して有り難いことに三種とも当選いたしました！！！

今回は、1969年公開の米国のドン・シャープ・エンタープライズ・プロダクションと東宝の日米合作によるSF大作映画「緯度0大作戦」よりグリフォンです。なんと10年以上の時を経ての久々の販売となります。自分はその時はソフビを集めてなかったので、当然初めて手にすることができました。

全高約約8センチ（全長約13センチ）、6パーツ構成、成型色は赤。

The lineup for May's raffle sale was Griffon, Matango, and Daidako, all of which I couldn't miss & didn't own, so I entered them all and thankfully won all three!

This time, we have the Griffon from the 1969 science fiction epic "Operation Zero Latitude," a Japan-US co-production by Don Sharp Enterprises Productions of the United States and Toho Co. It has been a long time since its release after a lapse of more than 10 years. I didn't collect soft vinyl at that time, so naturally I was able to get it for the first time.

Approximately 8 cm in height (13 cm in length), 6 parts, molded in red.

ヘッダーアートは、三種とも共通していますが、表面と裏面をテレコにすることで、キャラクターに合わせてあります。

The header art is the same for all three types, but the front and back sides are telecoated to match the characters.

入道雲がマタンゴを象徴しており、太陽が大だこを象徴しています。東宝の版権シールの配置にニヤリ。

The iridocumulus cloud symbolizes Matango and the sun symbolizes the big octopus. The placement of Toho's copyright sticker makes me grin.

劇中に登場するグリフォンは、悪の科学者マリクによって製造された怪物で、ライオンのボディにハゲタカの翼を合成、黒い蛾の脳を移植して作り上げ、脚の先に鉄の爪をつけられています。ギリシャ神話等の同名の怪物とは異なる特徴ですね。

The griffon in the play is a monster manufactured by the evil scientist Malik, who created it by combining the body of a lion with the wings of a vulture, transplanting the brain of a black moth, and attaching iron claws to the tips of its legs. This is a different feature from the monster of the same name in Greek mythology and other mythologies.

塗り分けが美しいですね。10数年前のグリフォンと比べると、使われている色数は抑えられているのですが、成型色を残して活かしている感じがして、技あり！　と感じます。

Compared to the Gryphon models of more than 10 years ago, the number of colors used is reduced, but the molding colors are preserved and utilized, which I feel is a good technique!　I feel that this is a skillful work.

後ろ足だけで立たせることも可能です。

四足を投げ出すようにすると、めちゃくちゃ愛らしいポーズになります。

小さな羽をパタパタさせている姿が浮かびます。

塗りがより大胆に。大きな瞳になって可愛らしさも倍増です。

赤成形なのに、口に赤い塗装がされています！！

この成型色に、翼の落ち着いた緑の対比が鮮烈です。ライオンについた鷲の羽の異物感が強調されつつも、1体のキャラクターとしてのまとまり感もあります。素晴らしい色彩感覚。
