UTOさんの初のソフビ作品、玉璐-GYORO!-のテストカラーを入手しました。回眼というシリーズ名で、ソフビらしさから生まれるギミックや構造の面白さを研究していくというコンセプトで展開していくそうです。
玉璐-GYORO!-は、カンチャクではなく、球体関節のような方法で嵌合させています。グリグリ動く嵌合方式の特性を眼球運動のギミックとして採用されているんですね！
サイズは高さ4センチ、2パーツ構成。成型色はクリアブルーに金ラメ。
I got a test color of UTO's first soft vinyl work, GYORO! The name of the series is Kaigan, and the concept of the series is to study the interesting gimmicks and structures that arise from the soft vinyl nature of the figures.
GYORO! is mated not with Kanchaku, but with a method similar to a spherical joint. So the characteristic of the mating method is used as a gimmick for eye movement!
The figure is 4cm tall and made up of two parts. Molded in clear blue with gold lame.
UFOのような、目玉のような……。ちなみに、作家名のUTOは、ご本人のお名前由来なんですけど、ユートォーと発音するそうな（笑）。略語的にはUnidentified Toy Objectかな……？ 英語的に間違ってるかもしれませんが。
Like a UFO, like an eyeball, .......
目玉のパーツは、ほぼ球体状に成形されていて、それが土台となる円盤パーツにきっちり埋め込められています。
The parts for the eyeballs are molded into an almost spherical shape, and they are tightly embedded into the disc parts that serve as the base.
底面。クリアパープルと成型色のグラデーション、金ラメが深淵の宇宙を連想させてくれます。
The bottom. The clear purple, molded color gradation, and gold lame remind me of an abyssal universe.

次回ワンフェスで発売予定の通常版では、眼球が透明なレジンで覆われていて、より生物的な印象を与えています。レジンがないバージョンは、ソフビ原理主義バージョンだそうです（笑）。とはいえ、レジンがないからといってスペック的に残念な印象を受けることはなく、バイオとメカの違いで真逆のキャラクターを感じさせてくれるのは素晴らしいことだと思います。
In the regular version, the eyeballs are covered with transparent resin, giving it a more biological look. The version without resin is said to be a soft vinyl fundamentalist version (laughs). However, the lack of resin doesn't make the figure look disappointing in terms of specifications, and I think it's great that the difference between the biological and mechanical versions gives the figure the exact opposite character.
横から見ると、見事なフライングソーサー型。 テストカラーは、横窓のゴールドのスプレーが全部吹かれているタイプと、交互に吹かれているタイプがランダムであるそうです。
Viewed from the side, it is a stunning flying saucer shape. The test color is said to be a random type with all of the gold sprayed on the side windows, and an alternating type.
眼の血管のような模様が全体を覆っています。これは模様なのか、超古代から稼働し続けた結果なのか、攻撃を受けて地球へ逃れたのか……。
The whole thing is covered with a pattern that looks like blood vessels in the eyes. Is this a pattern, the result of continuous operation since super ancient times, or did it escape to Earth after being attacked?
