This monster-style figure stands at a standard height of 19 centimeters, but its maximum width is 29 centimeters, giving it an overwhelming volume.

未彩色を購入しましたが、日本で抜かれたヴィンセントとも遜色ない発色と艶やかさです（ヴィンセントはカラーによって、日本製と中国製が混在しています）。
実際の蠍は、ブラックライトを当てると緑色に発光するそうですが、この蛍光グリーンは、その毒性をアピールするカラーだと思いました。
I bought the unpainted color and it has the same color and sheen as Vincent's, which has been overtaken in Japan (Vincent's is made in Japan and China, depending on the color).
The actual scorpion is said to glow green when exposed to black light, and I thought this fluorescent green was the color that appealed to its toxicity.
蠍スタイル。
蠍は現在1700種類以上存在すると言われ、4億年以上前から化石で存在を確認されている古い種です。有毒生物ですが、人を殺してしまうほど強い毒性をもつ蠍はあまりいません。毒蠍怪獣はたぶん怪獣すらも殺してしまうような強い毒を持っているんでしょうね。
Scorpion Style.
Scorpions are now said to exist in more than 1,700 species, an older species that has been confirmed to exist in fossils for more than 400 million years. It's a poisonous creature, but there aren't many scorpions that are poisonous enough to kill people. A poisonous scorpion monster probably has such a strong poison that it can kill even monsters.
完璧な蠍。フェイスハガーくらいの大きさがありますので、めちゃくちゃインパクトあります。ジュビさんこだわりのハイディテールで見応え抜群。
The perfect scorpion. It's about the size of a face hugger, so it has a tremendous impact. The high detailing of Jubi's work is worth seeing.
そして、組み換えなしで、可動によって怪獣スタイルに変形。
この部分は、インスティンクトイさんの提案によって進化した部分です。最初は怪獣スタイルだけだったみたい。
とてもスムーズで驚きのギミックです。
パーツ構成はとても複雑で、接着箇所もかなり多いのですが、蠍という外骨格を持った節足動物というモチーフ選びが功を奏して、自然で違和感がないです。
And, without recombination, transformed into a monster style by moving.
This is the part that evolved as a result of Mr. Instinctoy's suggestion. Apparently it was only monster style at first.
It's a very smooth and surprising gimmick.
The composition of the parts is very complicated and there are quite a lot of gluing points, but the choice of the motif of an arthropod with an exoskeleton of a scorpion works well, and there is no feeling of being out of place.

顔。8個のドールアイ。中央の2つだけ色が違います。
口は人間の似て、歯を食いしばった表情で、頬の小さなハサミが武者兜の吹返のようにも見えます。もしかしたら、日本をオマージュした部分なのかもしれませんね。

Its mouth has a human-like, clenched-toothed expression, and the small scissors on its cheeks look like the blowback of a samurai helmet. Maybe it's an homage to Japan.
お腹の羽に似た器官は、実際の蠍にある櫛状板（ペクチン）という感覚器官です。ここの大きさで雌雄が判断できるそうです。ちなみに大きいと雄の場合が多いみたい。
The feather-like organ of the belly is a sensory organ called a comb plate (pectin) in an actual scorpion. I've heard that you can judge males and females by their size here. Incidentally, it seems to be the case of a large male.
背中。ここも、ジュビさんの初期案では、実際の蠍によく似た丸みを帯びた造りでしたが、改修によってより攻撃的な見た目に変わっています。
Back. Here, too, Jubi's initial plan was to have a rounded structure similar to an actual scorpion, but the renovation gave it a more aggressive look.

尻尾の一節一節が別パーツとなっていて、部分的に球体関節が仕込まれています。かんちゃく接続じゃないので、2パーツで１つの部位を構成している大変贅沢なつくりです。
Each section of the tail is a separate part, and a spherical joint is partly built in. It is a very luxurious structure that consists of two parts to make up one part because it is not a simple connection.
一粒で二度美味しい。
この玩具は、飾る目的ではなく、手で触って遊ぶ玩具なので、やはりソフビだと個人的には思っています。

This toy is not meant to be displayed, but to be touched and played with, so I personally think it's a soft vinyl.
